Before I became a mother, I used to fly with SIA as a flight stewardess for 7 years. Being someone who is regularly in a customer-facing role means I understand what it takes to be attentive to your needs, wants and goals.

My background has always been in customer service

My first professional role gave me the unique opportunity to travel the world, serving passengers from various backgrounds and nationalities as part of an airline crew.

This was a formative experience that deeply influenced how I view the meaning of being "of service". 

Looking back now, I can appreciate the importance of creating an exceptional experience for the real estate clients I had the privilege of assisting.

Ranked as #1 Customer Service Agent at DBS

Upon hanging up my wings and saying goodbye to the friendly skies, I transitioned into another role that equally demanded exceptional customer service skills.

I found myself becoming the voice of calm who handled the various issues faced by DBS clients.

In fact, I was so exceptional at handling my incoming calls that I was routinely ranked as the top customer service agent out of a team of more than 300 people. 

Tackling challenges as a mother and a real estate agent 

Over the years, my family has grown bigger. Being a mother of 4 young children that includes twin boys - I understand the need for space and catering to the needs of families with children.

It is not easy to search for that home that can tick all the boxes that includes schools, being near family support and the workplace.
